Supremo Ltd 5 Year Warranty

You need to have retained your proof of purchase and registered your purchase within 28 days of delivery in order to claim under this warranty.


The terms of this warranty are not intended to affect your statutory consumer rights.

  • What is the scope of this warranty?

    This warranty only applies to Supremo Ltd products purchased and delivered after 1st January 2023 and applies only to products sold by an approved Supremo Ltd stockist. Supremo’s widely held garden furniture will mostly benefit from a 5-year warranty against structural damage (framework) in the UK and Ireland only. Some Supremo Ltd products' warranty durations may vary, details can be found under each category below. 


    5-year warranty exclusions include, but not limited to, cushion fabric and filling, glass including tabletops and firepit surrounds, and some garden accessories. Further information on warranty durations and exclusions are detailed per item type.


    Weave products may contract or expand in extreme temperatures, which can lead to cracking or damage. Our range of furniture is designed to withstand UK and Ireland weather conditions, they may not be suitable for other climates. When furniture is taken out of the UK and Ireland the warranty is no longer valid.  Supremo Ltd will not be responsible for damage caused within these circumstances.


    Supremo Ltd reserves all rights to refuse to apply the warranty in cases where they consider the product has been inappropriately used or where the product has been altered by a third-party. Fair wear and tear will not be considered structural damage or defect, therefore, the warranty cannot be applied to such issues.


    Any damaged or unsatisfactory products must initially be reported to the retailer. Supremo Ltd reserve all rights to deny any claims made due to damage caused by the delivery process.


    Further details on the inclusions and exclusions of the warranty are detailed below including a breakdown of the warranty durations. These are maximum periods of cover, any replacement orders or parts provided do not restart the warranty period. 


    To activate the 5-year warranty the consumer must register for their warranty within 28 days of the purchase date and proof of purchase must be provided.  The start date of their warranty will be confirmed after registration. Should you choose not to register your extended warranty, the cover will revert to the standard 2 year warranty, starting from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided. 


  • Which product types are subject to the 5-year structural warranty?

    The following Supremo Ltd furniture is subject to the 5-year warranty activated from date of confirmed registration, against structural damage. 


    Please see below the products included with this warranty:

    • Weave ranges; includes the structural integrity of the tables, chairs, sofas, stools, hanging baskets (excluding support frame) and loungers.
    • Aluminium ranges; includes the structural integrity of the tables, chairs, sofas, stools and loungers.
    • Fabric ranges: includes the structural integrity of the tables, chairs, sofas, stools and loungers.
    • Rope ranges; includes the structural integrity of the tables, chairs, sofas, stools and loungers.

    Please see what items and defects are not included in this warranty.

  • Which product types are subject to the 1- year warranty?

    The following Supremo Ltd products and furniture features will be subject to the 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.


    Please see below the products included in this warranty:

    • Parasols, parasol covers, parasol bases, parasol speakers and lights.
    • Furniture covers
    • Outdoor cushions
    • Lazy Susans
    • Adjustable mechanisms; including gas-powered adjustable tables and recliners.
    • Firepits
    • Pergolas and gazebos
    • BBQs
    • Heaters
    • Hanging Chairs, support frames
  • What is not covered under this warranty?

    The following exclusions apply to the warranty given in respect of all Supremo products (irrespective of the length of warranty given above).  


    Incorrect assembly

    Supremo Ltd supplies an assembly instruction manual with every product where needed. If the product is assembled incorrectly or against advisories, this warranty may become void.





    Wear and tear

    Supremo warranties exclude fair wear and tear, and any damage resulting from abuse, whether intentional or accidental including, but not limited to stains, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or damage caused by pets or wildlife. All products can fade when exposed to prolonged periods of UV unless stated otherwise. This warranty will not cover any claims relating to the fading of your furniture, covers and cushions. Water ingress on furniture cushions or temporary water retention in fabric materials are not covered by our warranties. 


    Outside textiles may experience decreased bearing capacity and thickness of cushion filling during normal use and possible wrinkling of cushions covers as a result. 


    Incorrect use or abnormal load on furniture

    Please see individual product use and specific load bearing, if specified.


    Unforeseeable circumstances and weather conditions 

    These warranties exclude damage by fire, flood,  or any severe environmental condition for which the furniture and installation were not designed, including smoke, damp, high temperatures and damage caused by other weather conditions out of our control. This warranty excludes damage caused by environmental conditions when the furniture has not been properly stored or secured. 


    Rope & Wood

    Warranty claims cannot be accepted on the rope and wood ranges arising from mould and mildew marks caused by covering furniture when damp, this will trap moisture in and cause black mould to appear; we recommend either putting the furniture away or leaving out uncovered in the case of all wooden ranges.


    Natural characteristics 

    These warranties exclude weave deformation unless the damage is reported upon arrival and proof of purchase can be provided. Weave products may contract or expand in extreme temperatures, which can lead to cracking or damage. Please note that the loosening or sticking out of individual stands of weave will not amount to a structural defect. 


    For wood: Supremo Ltd wood based furniture is of high quality, the materials used each have their own (natural) properties that must be taken into account when purchasing and, care and maintenance must be carried our periodically, which can be read on the back of the each tag. Please note that wood is a natural product, therefore, each piece may vary slightly. Differences in colour and texture, such as wrinkles or other natural features are not considered defects and should not be a reason for a warranty claim. This warranty covers damage to the structure’s integrity only.


    Cushions 

    Furniture cushions should be stored indoors during periods of non-use. If the inner filling becomes wet this is usually as a result of the air vents being inadvertently exposed to the elements, allowing water to enter the membrane. In this event, outer covers should be removed, and the internal filling should be allowed to dry thoroughly prior to use. Water damage will not be covered within these warranties.


    Ex - display sets and non-stockist purchases.

    If your purchase involves 'as seen' products such as ex-display, second-hand or from an unofficial stockist, this warranty will not apply.


    Repairs to furniture

    This warranty will be void if a third party professional or amateur have attempted repairs or modifications on your Supremo Ltd product. 


  • How to claim on your warranty

     If you need to make a claim, you will need to complete our online form: 


    Making a claim:

    • You’ll need proof of purchase including your order confirmation or your 5 year warranty registration code.

    • Photos of the damage and a full photo of the set for identification.

    Your claim will not be processed if:

    • There is evidence of product misuse, abuse or use in a non-domestic environment.

    • The product hasn’t been properly maintained in accordance with our care instructions.

    • The product is in an unsanitary condition (caused by pets or wildlife, for example). 

    • The product has been exported outside the UK.


  • Additional terms & conditions

    This warranty is non-transferable and valid from the date of purchase. 


    This warranty is only valid once Supremo Ltd have determined that obligations of the warranty have been met. 


    Under the terms of this warranty, Supremo Ltd, in its sole discretion repair or replace the defective parts or item. If repair or replacement is not feasible, Supremo Ltd may, again at its sole discretion, offer or provide a refund, credit, or credit toward future purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required

    When you purchase a Supremo Ltd product, please make sure you keep your proof of purchase. This will be needed to validate your warranty. 


    If you have uploaded your proof of purchase during the registration process, this will not be required at a later stage, providing that the upload is in a readable format and clearly shows the date of purchase and identifies the stockist.


    Supremo Ltd will accept receipts, invoices, or online purchase confirmations if they clearly identify the above. Supremo Ltd will not accept bank statements as a form of proof.
