Q: Should I cover my furniture?

A: It is not a requirement as all our furniture is made to withstand the elements the UK has to endure, however, we do a comprehensive range of covers to suit most sets of furniture.
Q: Can I leave my furniture out all year round?

A: The materials we use within our ranges are manufactured to withstand the British weather. Wherever possible we would advise to store away to help keep the furniture in good condition
Q: Are the cushions waterproof?

A: NO. our cushions are designed to be summer proof, this enables the cushions to stay out during the summer month and if they do get wet they have a breathable vent to allow for a quicker drying time. To keep the cushions looking pristine it is advisable to store away when not in use.
Q: Can I wash my cushion covers in the machine?

A: NO. To clean we would recommend cleaning any soiling off with a damp cloth or sponge, for heavy soiling then a gentle hand wash in lukewarm soap water would suffice and rinsed thoroughly and drip dried (Never Tumble Dry).
Q: Can I buy from you directly?

A: We are a trade supply only company and would direct you to our stockist list were you should be able to find a local retailer or two close to your home town.
Q: Why can't I find a specific set on your website?

A: Our stockists sometimes change the name of our ranges and it would be worth checking the for your set within our 'Style' section.
In addition some our stockists have Supremo exclusives. If you would like to discuss a set not listed please contact us or your retailer.
Q: What UVA protection do Supremo parasols have?

A: All of our parasols have a UPF 100+ making them very effective against harmful sun rays.
Q: Can I buy individual items out of the set?

A: Generally no, as the sets are sold complete. However, it is worth checking with your nearest stockist(s) as some will sell individual items separately.
Q: What guarantees do your products come with?

A: All our furniture ranges come a 2-year warranty, Cushions & Parasols come with a 1 year warranty and all products used in a domestic environment.
Q: Does your furniture come ready assembled?

A: This will be specific to the set. The majority of our chairs come completely assembled whereas our tables may need some assembly.
BBQs will need full assembly.
Q: What gas bottle do I need for my BBQ?

A: Our BBQs come complete with a regulator and our BBQs takes Patio Gas (Propane) 5kg some models may accommodate larger gas bottles; please check your instructions or specifications.
Q: What gas bottle do I need for my Firepit?

A: Our Fire Pits come complete with a hose & regulator designed for a patio gas bottle (Propane). All table will accommodate a 5kg.
Q: What is the maximum weight the hanging chairs can hold?

A: Our double hanging chairs can hold up to 180kg
